About the farm - Viani is a collection of small lots grown in the Cundinamarca Department of central Colombia. With its high elevation, it is known for producing coffee high in quality and rich in flavour.
This decaf coffee has gone through the Swiss Water Process of decaffeination — a 100% chemical-free decaffeination method using little more than pure water.
I was NOT looked forward to having to shift to decaf coffee, but this blend is beautiful.
